Over the past few months children and young people have been spending more time online due to lockdown. Apps like TikTok have increased in popularity and children have gravitated to online gaming to keep in touch with their friends. The internet is an amazing resource but increased time online has led children and young people to a greater risk of exploitation with concerns are growing around their wellbeing.
Northampton County Council have created some mini video clips on YouTube for parents and carers, to promote online safety for children and young people.
