Enhanced access
To improve access for patients unable to attend appointments during normal working hours, Langham Place Surgery is now offering appointments on Wednesday and Thursdays from 7am.
If you would like to cancel an extended access appointment, please call, 01604 263168 which is manned between the times of:
- Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm
- Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Outside of these times, we do have the facility on this number to leave a voicemail, which will be picked up and actioned.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access can be gained from the rear of the building, but general parking is at the front. At the back of the surgery there is an area for parking for patients with mobility issues. Access can be gained from the front of the building also, with an accessibility ramp.
You may park immediately outside the front of the building after 9:30am, where access is possible with assistance. Please inform reception in advance if you feel you may need help on arrival.
There are facilities for patients on three floors (lower, ground and first floor). A lift is available for the lower floor but the first floor may only be accessed via a staircase. Please inform reception if you have difficulty with stairs.
